Volunteer Duties May Include:

• Helping the organizing team to setup the venue.
• Assisting with registration and guest check-in
• Supporting speakers and panelists with pre-session setup
• Guiding attendees and helping with crowd flow and directions
• Coordinating at the exhibitor and sponsor areas
• Helping the media team with social content and coverage
• Supporting workshop facilitators and breakout sessions
• Helping at the refreshment and networking zones
• Being a friendly face for attendee support and questions
