  • Doors open at 09:00 AM—arrive early to settle in and grab your welcome refreshments.
  • Check-in desks are located at the Carob Mill Foyer entrances.

  • Workshop Room: Upstairs section (signs will guide you)

  • Exhibitor Zone: Berengaria Hall (next to Tech & Innovation Stage)
